Early Bird Deadline: January 25, 2012
Deadline: April 25, 2012
Late Deadline:  July 25, 2012

What is the film submission fee?
Films Entry Fees
Short films are under 50 minutes.  All others are features.
Early Bird: Short $30 / Feature $35
Regular Deadline: Short $35 / Feature $40
Late Deadline: Short $40 / Feature $45
Extended Deadline: Short $45 / Feature $55

Short screenplays are under 85 pages.  All others are features.

What are the categories of films accepted?
We accepts films of all categories including, but not limited to: feature, documentary, short, animated, experimental, student, Oregon, television pilots, screenplays, musicals, and music videos of any genre, length or form.

Is there a student fee?
Students may subtract $10 from their entry fee.  Please include a photocopy of your student ID.

o you accept rough cuts/work-in-progress?
Yes, we will review and consider rough cuts and works-in-progress.

Does my film need to be a World Premiere or Oregon Premiere?
A film does not have to be a premiere to be considered in the competition.

How am I eligible for the Best of Oregon Award?

A film is eligible for the Best of Oregon Award if any of the key filmmakers (director, writer, producer, lead actor) currently lives in Oregon, was born in the state, or if the film was primarily shot in the state. Your film will also be considered for all of the festival’s awards, however.

What are the acceptable submission formats?
DVD, Blue-Ray, VHS, or Digital Video on CD.
